It is common knowledge that a significant percentage of all town council websites are rather bad in terms of the way they look and the content they provide. In early 2012 we were invited to tender for the opportunity to redevelop the existing Oswestry Town Council website. Our tender was based around our own desire to drag Town Council websites into the 21st Century and deliver an innovative, visually appealing and dynamic website. This was also to be a website that was simple to navigate, and fully accessibility compliant, whilst at the same time included some modern features such as jquery based carousels and accordions. Naturally our proposal was based on an enterprise level backbone of Content Management and Cloud hosting all fully supported by our experienced team. Having successfully won a competitive tendering process, our design team delivered a refreshing, modern website design and we worked closely with the both the Councillors who make up Oswestry Town Council and the Town Council staff to deliver a website which meets all of our promises and surpasses many of our expectations.
